ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field. 7+ years in digital technology, architecture, and development. Experience as a backend architect or lead engineer (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, etc.). Strong expertise in API design and microservices architecture (GCP, AWS, Azure). Experience in building scalable systems with modern DevOps practices. Familiar with SQL and NoSQL database technologies. Experience collaborating with ML/AI teams to support AI workflows. Solid understanding of AI model serving and integration (experience with platforms like Vertex AI is a plus). Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Able to explain complex backend and AI needs to both technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with agentic AI and intelligent automation frameworks. Experience in retail or ecommerce environments is preferred. Knowledge of observability and AI governance best practices. Strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality work. Self-motivated and passionate about technology. PAY RANGE & BENEFITS The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $170,000.00 per year, with additional compensation opportunities through the company's bonus plan. Exact pay is based on factors such as education, experience, and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off and various health benefits. For part-time positions, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits are available.
