Overview Join a dynamic team as a Freelance Graphic Designer focused on elevating and unifying visual identities across multiple catering brands. You will play a pivotal role in auditing current marketing and branding assets, establishing clear brand standards, and ensuring these guidelines are consistently applied across all digital and print touchpoints. This position requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align design strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-brand environment, balancing creative vision with structured processes, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail. This is a remote opportunity with the potential for ongoing work.
Responsibilities
Audit and evaluate existing branding and marketing materials for consistency and effectiveness
Develop and document comprehensive brand standards and style guides
Design and implement reusable templates for websites, emails, social media, sales collateral, and internal documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
Oversee the rollout and adoption of new brand guidelines across all channels
Manage multiple projects and priorities, delivering high-quality work within deadlines
Provide ongoing support and updates to maintain brand consistency as new assets are developed
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably working with multiple brands or within the food and beverage sector
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, template creation, and multi-channel design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote teams
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to creative problem-solving
Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time
Availability for long-term, remote freelance work
