We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning experiences for traditional, online, and blended/hybrid courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze learner and faculty needs to design interventions that facilitate achievement of desired learning outcomes.
- Create effective learning content using eLearning authorware such as Rise 360, Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate etc.
- Collaborate with faculty and other staff members on course planning, designing and coordinating materials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills :
