The client would prefer a local Chicago engineer but would relocate the right candidate for someone who wants to be in Chicago.

, and large consulting-driven implementations, which are often expensive, slow to deploy, and overbuilt for this customer segment.

Strong, hands-on
full stack software engineering experience Proven ability to
build and ship real production software Experience working across
frontend, backend, and application-layer systems Contractors or consultants Meaningful equity
