Executive Operations is looking for a Business Analyst NetSuite Implementation to support the successful delivery of an ERP implementation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure NetSuite solutions align with organizational goals and operational needs. The ideal candidate has strong experience in business analysis, ERP environments, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable system specifications. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements. Analyze current business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into detailed NetSuite system requirements. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Solution Architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Support system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop user documentation and support training for end users. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and NetSuite best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on ERP or NetSuite implementations. Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, and Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and data analysis. Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for translating requirements into technical solutions. Industry experience in insurance, manufacturing, retail, or financial services is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
