Job Description: Responsibilities: Exhibit strong skills in various core technology frameworks, methodologies, and patterns. Translate complex technical needs into actionable solutions while guiding others for comprehension. Influence and sometimes define tools, standards, and workflows for the team. Ensure software meets all quality, security, scalability, and extensibility requirements. Identify Proof-Of-Concepts for new solutions or technologies, providing pro/con analysis for team decision-making. Communicate risks, trade-offs, and technical insights effectively to facilitate informed choices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 9-12+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns. 3+ years of experience in Sitecore development. 9+ years in developing and supporting diverse enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack and .NET framework. 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including MVC Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 5+ years of experience with a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or similar. Solid understanding of React components in mixed solutions. 9+ years of experience with SQL Server and T-SQL. 2+ years of experience working with REST APIs. 4+ years of experience in agile environments. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for CI/CD automation and Git for version control. 2+ years of experience in building SaaS solutions utilizing Azure services. 1 or more technology certifications.
