The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads and existing customers into pest control services through consultative, phone-based selling. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. Success in this position requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position is on-site and reports to our Chandler, AZ location. Responsibilities: Sell pest control services on the phone to new and existing customers (no cold calling). Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored pest control solutions. Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and/or making outbound calls to existing customers to upsell services or to prospects who inquired via online channels. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred; candidates with customer service, sales, or customer retention experience will also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively present solutions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve. get paid every Friday! This position offers an hourly base pay of
$19.00 hour , plus commission, with most team members earning between
$65,000 - $80,000
