Position Summary: Safe Haven Security is seeking someone to join our Affiliate Sales Division as an All Access Concierge Sales Rep. As an All Access Sales Representative, you will be a trusted advisor, offering tailored home service solutions, including security, automation, and concierge offerings, to customers referred by our strategic partners. No cold calling. No prospecting. All leads are warm, inbound live transfers from partner companies whose clients have already shown interest in smart home or security solutions. You'll understand their needs and close the sale with a personalized, consultative approach. Weekly base pay + uncapped commission + monthly performance bonuses. Average annual earnings exceed $120,000. In this role you will: Be the first point of contact for customers referred by affiliate partners Educate customers on bundled solutions: home security, smart home automation, and more Convert inbound calls and email inquiries into confirmed sales and scheduled appointments Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in our CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics: conversion rate, installation success, QA scores, etc. To be successful in this role, you should have: Drive, resourceful and performance oriented Skilled at building instant rapport and making solutions feel personal Organized and able to manage multiple leads and timelines Tech-savvy with CRM and communication tools Motivated by results, recognition, and high earning potential What Safe Haven requires in a candidate: High School diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of inside sales, direct to consumer (D2C) / business to consumer (B2C) sales, or high-touch customer service Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Phone based sales experience is a plus Safe Haven Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.
