The Part-Time Data Analyst (and Data Visualization Specialist) will be responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights through analysis and compelling visual representations. This role requires expertise in both statistical analysis and data visualization to support decision-making and creating interactive tools for broad audiences. Applicants must possess strong knowledge and proficiency in current data visualization platforms. Interpret and report project data using Power BI and statistical tools to create dashboards, visualizations, and summaries that provide clear insights for stakeholders and support actionable strategies aligned with quality improvement goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure data findings are accurately interpreted, clearly communicated, and aligned with project objectives. Apply statistical techniques using SPSS, Stata, Mplus, or R to analyze complex datasets, including descriptive, inferential, and multivariate methods aligned with research or evaluation goals. Manage and prepare datasets using Excel and other tools by organizing, cleaning, transforming, and validating data to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date database on children’s residential services and create public-facing interactive resource maps using GIS or other relevant tools to support transparency and informed decision-making for service seekers. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years. Experience with Power BI and advanced data analysis and reporting. Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree with advanced training in relevant concentration is strongly preferred. University Information
