Role Description We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work on creating visually engaging graphics and designs that align with Skin Cupid’s branding. Your daily responsibilities will include designing marketing materials, developing logos and branding elements, creating typography designs, and supporting other visual design needs. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage design projects end-to-end, from concept development to final asset delivery, supporting brand, promotional, and campaign activities within deadlines
Create digital design assets across Skin Cupid’s marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, website, email marketing, brand partner presentations, and internal communications
Design weekly paid ads (static and video) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Produce printed design assets such as posters, cards, gift wrap, visual merchandising materials, event collateral, and signage
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphic systems and reusable templates to streamline customer communications
Regularly design new creative assets and refresh content within a Content Management System (CMS)
Manage and maintain the creative asset library, ensuring files are organised, up to date, and easily accessible
Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of Skin Cupid’s visual brand guidelines
What we're looking for
Has 2–3+ years of design experience
Has strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour systems, visual hierarchy, and core design principles
Understands the principles of advertising, email and social design and what makes visual content perform at a sales level
Is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
Is comfortable using web-based design tools such as Canva
Has strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in polished, high-quality work
Candidates must already hold the legal right to work in the UK. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, video editing, or animation
Illustration skills
Experience with web design or development
Copywriting skills
A degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
An interest in Korean skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands
