We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Journeyman Welder for a high-profile shipbuilding project in the Lower Mainland, BC. This is an exciting opportunity for steady, year-round work with competitive wages.
Key Responsibilities:
- SMAW and FCAW welding on ship structures and components.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding specifications.
- Oxy/fuel cutting, plasma cutting, and air-arc gouging.
- Working safely at heights, outdoors, and in confined spaces.
- Meeting shipbuilding quality standards and site safety procedures
