Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as an Order Picker in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This role is fundamental to our distribution center's success, focusing on the accurate and efficient retrieval of products to fulfill customer orders. You will be integral to our logistics chain, ensuring that the right items reach our customers on time. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately locate and pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications (e.g., pick lists, RF scanners).
  • Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Assemble orders and prepare them for the packing station.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping aisles clear and accessible.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
