Communications ”. Your new responsibilities - Designing and
creating training materials for our applications, including
video-based and virtual training as well as chatbots - Adapting
training content to various local languages and supporting the
rollout of these materials in different countries - Support the
development of training concepts and communication strategies -
Contribute your own ideas to help promote a digital-first mindset
within the organization - Work in an agile environment Your talents
and experience - You are currently enrolled at a Swiss university
or university of applied sciences, ideally in a technical,
communication, or business field - You have a basic understanding
of agile methods, Design Thinking, and project or change management
- You are passionate about new IT technologies and artificial
intelligence - You possess strong analytical skills and work
independently and in a structured manner - You are fluent in German
and have very good English skills, both written and spoken - You
have strong communication skills and intercultural competence -
