Protect America's borders and keep its people safe with a rewarding career as a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO). In this exciting role, you'll be part of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, enforcing laws and regulations to safeguard our nation.

You will enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. You will also facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illegal entry into the United States. Typical assignments include conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances; determining admissibility for entry into the country; and preventing smuggling of prohibited goods.

• A minimum one (1) year experience in law enforcement or related field is required.

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
P Residency: Must have had primary residency within the U.S. for three (3) out of five years prior to application.
