Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of new construction sites, including dust removal, debris clearance, and surface sanitation
• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, fixtures, and appliances to achieve a pristine finish
• Prepare spaces by vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and applying floor care techniques to ensure durability and shine
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
• Manage laundry tasks for cleaning cloths, towels, or linens used during the construction process
• Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific site needs

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles
• Skilled in floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols on construction sites
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality cleaning is a plus
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions
