As a strategic leader with hands-on automotive experience, you'll be responsible for supervising the service leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational success.

What You'll Do

As Head Service Manager, you will:

• Lead and mentor our in-store service managers, empowering them to deliver top-tier service and exceed performance goals.
• Set standards for outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and informed.
• Oversee department profitability, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, training, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across functions to streamline workflow, scheduling, parts inventory, and technician productivity.
• Serve as a key driver in strategic planning to grow service revenue and customer retention.
