Glazing Installer/abillboard installation Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man familiar with glass installation and handling to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various areas of home and building maintenance, including but not limited to billboard sign installation, glass installation, construction painting, drywall work, and carpentry. This role requires a hands-on approach to repairs and improvements in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties

• Perform glass installation for shower glass, windows and doors. Residential and Commercial
• Execute construction tasks, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
• Install and repair drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding.
• Assist in carring out carpentry work such as building shelves, cabinets, or custom furniture.
• Work on construction sites to assist with various projects as needed.
• Install fixtures measuring, construction painting, drywall work, carpentry, and remodeling tasks.
• Proven experience in maintenance person services or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating and blueprint reading.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks which may include lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders or standing for long periods.
• A valid driver's license or State issued ID
