What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead large-scale enterprise implementation projects, collaborating with customer IT and clinical stakeholders
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget
• Communicate project requirements and status updates effectively to clients and internal teams
• Maintain alignment between project teams and external resources while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify project risks and develop action plans for resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of project management or commercial operations experience, or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities in complex environments
• Strong project management experience, including managing customer service and satisfaction
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available for this position

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with clinical informatics or imaging informatics concepts
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and hospital IT/networking standards
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy requirements in healthcare environments
• Experience with DICOM, HL7, and/or RIS/PACS integrations
