Marketing and Content Coordinator

Marketing & Content Coordinator (10 hrs/week, Local + Hybrid)

Rate: $30 per hour (contract role)
Location: Boulder/Denver area (required)

We're looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our social media, newsletters, and overall content strategy. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves design, storytelling, and building systems that keep a brand polished and consistent.

This role is remote-friendly, but candidates must be local and available for weekly in-house meetings, content capture, and photoshoots at our Boulder and Denver locations.

What You'll Do

• Create Mailchimp templates for newsletters, announcements, and automated flows
• Set up audience segments in Mailchimp for targeted communication
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content blocks, and CTAs to improve engagement
• Design branded Canva templates for social media, flyers, and promotions
• Plan and manage our social media content calendar and grid
• Capture content (photos + short videos) during classes, events, and scheduled shoots
• Attend weekly in-person meetings to align on content and marketing priorities
• Write captions, headlines, and short-form newsletter copy
• Maintain and organize our digital asset library
• Support blog/newsletter content planning and execution
• Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, launches, events, and promotions

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Mailchimp, including segmentation and A/B testing
• Strong design skills in Canva with an eye for brand consistency
• Ability to plan and maintain a cohesive Instagram feed and content calendar
• Strong copywriting skills for social and newsletters
• Understanding of Instagram/Reels trends and growth strategies
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Local to Boulder/Denver with availability for weekly in-person work
• Bonus: photography/video skills, Squarespace editing, basic analytics
