Taco John's in Grand Rapids is saying good bye to their beloved current manager and will be looking to fill her spot with someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented but can see the big picture, someone who motivates and deligates, someone who understands franchise workings but loves to have their own say on how they want to run the store. This is a position that is trained but then once you're at a spot that you understand what the store needs, you are trusted and not micro-managed.
