What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional buying and ownership experience:

• Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and online
• Gather customer needs and guide them through vehicle options
• Become a product expert on Subaru vehicles, features, packages, and technology
• Build strong, lasting relationships that create lifelong customers
• Present vehicle and financing options clearly and confidently
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Complete dealership and manufacturer certification training
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Work closely with Sales Management on performance objectives
• Conduct all business ethically, professionally, and with integrity

No automotive sales experience required.
We provide paid professional sales training. Candidates from hospitality, retail, call centers, finance, insurance, and customer service are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
