Customer Support Associate

We're hiring a Customer Support Associate to represent Verizon by meeting with customers face‑to‑face in the Harrisburg area. In this Customer Support Associate role, you'll deliver incredible customer service, help people make informed decisions about Verizon products and services, and drive new sales. What You'll Do as a Customer Support Associate:

• Meet customers in person to assess their needs; explain Verizon's plans, phones, and accessories in clear, understandable terms.
• Generate new sales through activations, upgrades, and plan changes, while achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Provide outstanding customer support — answer questions, resolve issues, ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Demonstrate device features; help customers get comfortable with their features.
• Stay current on Verizon's offerings, promotions, devices, and service changes.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation of materials—ensure displays, inventory, and point‑of‑sale materials are well maintained.
• Accurately process sales paperwork, enrollments, contracts, and other required documentation.
• Represent Verizon and our company professionally, maintain a positive attitude, clean appearance, and friendly demeanor.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Support Associate:

• High school diploma or GED; some college or relevant training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Being tech comfortable: ability to learn about new devices, features, apps, etc.
• Reliable transportation (you'll need to travel locally within the Harrisburg area to meet customers or go to job locations).
• Positive, outgoing, trustworthy personality; good at building rapport quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $1,200.00 per week
