Mountain Park HOA is seeking Lifeguards to join our team at the Mountain Park Clubhouse pool. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a difference by ensuring our residents and guests can swim, play, and relax in a safe and welcoming environment.
What You'll Do- Monitoring pool activity to prevent accidents and ensure member safety.
- Recognizing and responding quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing First Aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce all pool and clubhouse policies with fairness and professionalism.
- Maintaining a clean and organized pool deck, equipment, and supplies.
- Completing incident reports and other required documentation.
- Checking pool chemicals on schedule and alerting supervisors to any concerns.
- Attending training sessions and staff meetings to stay current on safety practices.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
We want individuals who are responsible, confident, and calm under pressure. You should enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable enforcing safety rules in a positive, respectful way. A strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to adapt and learn quickly will set you up for success.
Requirements- Must be at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid (American Red Cross preferred, must be acquired by start date).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Clubhouse.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including swimming, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing or sitting for extended periods.
