Role Overview
The Client Engagement Concierge is a high-visibility, client-facing ambassador responsible for cultivating elite relationships, capturing transformational client outcomes, and elevating those results into compelling success stories across the company's 10X ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of client experience and brand credibility. You will serve as a trusted connector between our most successful clients and our executive, marketing, sales, and production teams—ensuring client wins are documented, refined, and strategically deployed to reinforce market authority.
Through impeccable professionalism, sound judgment, and exceptional communication, the Client Engagement Concierge delivers a white-glove experience while shaping the narratives that drive confidence, conversions, and community loyalty.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success Story & Testimonial Strategy
Build, maintain, and continuously refine a comprehensive, organized testimonial library across all products, programs, and events
Proactively source high-impact success stories through daily outreach to assigned client portfolios, live events, onboardings, and post-event follow-ups
Develop trusted relationships with past and current testimonial contributors to refresh metrics, results, and narratives over time
Partner with clients to shape forward-facing testimonials aligned with current campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
Apply discretion and brand judgment to ensure all testimonials meet credibility, accuracy, and excellence standards
VIP Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value, high-engagement, and VIP clients
Build rapport quickly while maintaining long-term, trust-based client relationships
Facilitate onboarding and post-event engagement sessions to accelerate adoption and deepen commitment
Attend company events, trainings, and live experiences to identify standout client results and capture testimonials in real time
Represent the brand with polish, accuracy, discretion, and professionalism across video, phone, and email
Data Collection, Quality & Organization
Collect, verify, and document critical client success metrics, including:
Company name, industry, and revenue range
Products, programs, and events attended
Tangible growth, performance improvements, or operational results achieved
Organize testimonials using structured metadata, tagging, and database best practices for fast, scalable access
Conduct ongoing quality checks to ensure all stories are current, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with active events and initiatives
Presentation & Executive Collaboration
Deliver concise, compelling daily or recurring presentations highlighting top client success stories to internal teams and leadership
Demonstrate mastery of company offerings, processes, and policies to answer questions accurately and confidently
Exercise judgment in selecting testimonials that resonate most strongly with prospective clients and event audiences
Prepare, curate, and coordinate client panels for live events, promotional campaigns, and executive-led sessions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Video Production, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless execution
Media & Content Quality Assurance
Review testimonial audio and video content for clarity, professionalism, tone, and impact
Perform light video editing (trimming, polishing, sequencing) to ensure presentation-ready quality
Support written testimonial development, content refinement, or light content creation as needed
Ensure all published materials reflect the brand's authority, credibility, and premium positioning

Required Qualifications
Experience in Client Relations, Client Success, Concierge Services, Marketing, or Content-related roles
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and present confidently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Comfort navigating digital platforms, CRMs, virtual communication tools, and content systems
Preferred Qualifications
Basic video editing experience
Strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills
Familiarity with online marketing channels and digital engagement strategies
Naturally outgoing, polished, relationship-driven personality
