Territory Sales Representative
to join our team. In this role, you'll represent Kane Brewing across the
Northwest NJ region, including Sussex, Warren, Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Mercer counties

As a Sales Representative, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialty sales role.
- Solid knowledge of the craft beer industry, market trends, and sales best practices; prior craft beer or distributor sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with solid organizational and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend in-person meetings at the Ocean Township, NJ brewery.
Your key responsibilities as the Sales Representative will include:
- Represent Kane Brewing professionally across all on- and off-premise accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans, including forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing volume within existing accounts.
- Manage customer communication, orders, and inventory in coordination with the Sales and Marketing team.
- Represent the Kane brand at festivals, events, and other promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement.
