About Us:
JSR Hotels is a growing hospitality management company dedicated to operational excellence, strong financial results, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Dallas/Duncanville.

Position Overview:
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the hotel — ensuring profitability, exceptional guest service, team development, and strict brand compliance. This position requires an experienced leader with a strong sales and revenue mindset, someone who thrives on driving top-line results while effectively managing costs and inspiring a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring operational and service excellence
  • Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies to grow occupancy and ADR
  • Build relationships within the community and drive local sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with Hilton sales teams to maximize brand opportunities
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven business decisions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through visible, hands-on leadership
  • Maintain the property's condition and direct maintenance or improvement projects as needed
  • Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive and accountable team culture
  • Uphold all Hilton brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience preferred
  • Hampton Inn and/or Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in hotel revenue management, financial operations, and sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of local sales and marketing strategies to drive business
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
