Position: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Type: Per Diem

Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapist:

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and overall functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment use.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure and certifications for the respective therapy discipline.
• Driver's License
• CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home health or a similar setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
