Job Description:

As a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist at Elevate Chiropractic and Wellness, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they have a welcoming, smooth, and seamless experience. You'll assist in both administrative and clinical duties, providing support to the doctor and maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office calendar
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, insurance, and appointments
• Prepare patient charts and assist with patient flow
• Assist the chiropractor during treatments and therapies(Training Provided)
• Manage patient intake forms and ensure they are updated in our system
• Maintain clean and organized office and treatment areas
• Handle patient billing and insurance verification
• Foster a positive, caring atmosphere for patients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or certification in health-related field is a plus)
• Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or Medical Office Assistant preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of EHR software (or similar scheduling software) is a plus
• Passion for holistic health and wellness
