About The Position:
The Branch Manager I oversees and guides the Branch Sales team at a Level I branch, ensuring the attainment of production objectives and member service standards. Responsibilities encompass strategic planning, organizational management, leadership, and oversight of all branch operations, with a focus on business development within designated geographical areas. This role entails coaching and supervising branch operations to optimize efficiency and deliver exceptional member service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide strong leadership to the Branch Sales team, setting clear objectives and expectations aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and accountability.
- Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of branch staff.
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including member service, sales, and administrative functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective members, businesses, and community organizations, identifying and executing business development opportunities within the branch's market area.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to branch staff to enhance their sales skills and service delivery.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to leverage resources, share best practices, and support cross-functional initiatives.
