CNC Lathe Operator

Thomas W. Springer, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Lathe Operator to join our fast-paced, state-of-the-art production team. This opportunity is open to all qualified applicants and offers the chance to work with advanced equipment in a supportive, detail-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC lathes, Chuckers, and Swiss screw machines
• No CNC set-up or programming duties with this position
• Perform close tolerance machining to meet exacting specifications
• Follow production schedules while maintaining strict quality standards
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to verify accuracy
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with micrometers, comparators, and other precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and focus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
