Skilled Mechanical Laborer

Job Description:
Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking mechanically inclined Skilled Laborers and Industrial Mechanical Technicians for long-term, stable work across multiple heavy industrial environments. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in physically demanding settings and are looking to build a lasting career in the industrial and energy sectors.

Projects are located throughout the tri-state area within a 150-mile radius of Eighty Four, PA. Candidates must be willing to travel to job sites as needed and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of mechanical and industrial support tasks in heavy industrial environments
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support construction, manufacturing, and industrial project operations
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific regulations
• Work extended hours and overtime as project demands require

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or similar environment is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on work
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple job sites
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings as required
