Direct Home Lending is growing, and we're looking for a high-energy, people-focused Part-Time Sales Recruiter who knows how to spot talent and bring top Mortgage Loan Officers to the table. This position is in-office at our Corona headquarters, working directly with leadership to build a high-performing mortgage team. Your impact is clear and measurable: the more loan officers you bring in, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

• Recruit & Source Talent

Actively identify and recruit Mortgage Loan Officers through job boards, LinkedIn, networking groups, events, and your existing contacts.

• Build a Talent Pipeline

Cultivate relationships with industry professionals, candidates, and referral partners to maintain a steady stream of qualified prospects.

• Screen & Interview

Conduct initial phone screens and in-office interviews, evaluating candidates and presenting top picks to leadership.

• Guide Negotiations

Assist with compensation discussions, benefits questions, and offer terms to help close great candidates.

• Support Onboarding

Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by assisting with their onboarding process.

• Collaborate In-Office

Work alongside our recruiting and management team to ensure hiring goals and company needs are met.

• Earn Incentives

Receive competitive bonuses for each qualified Loan Officer you successfully recruit and onboard.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office
• Mortgage industry familiarity is a plus—but not required
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Availability to work part-time, in-office with flexible scheduling

Compensation

• $20 per hour
• Bonuses for every successful Mortgage Loan Officer you bring on board
• Approx. 20 hours per week
