NDZ Performance is a well-established small to medium size aftermarket firearms accessories manufacturer located in Wallingford CT (Right off I-91) that maintains eCommerce operations across multiple marketplaces and sales channels including Ebay, Amazon, Volusion, Etsy, etc.
We are looking for candidates with professional experience using Amazon (Seller Central). It would be a huge plus if the candidate also has experience with eBay & other 3rd party eCommerce CMS Platforms like Shopify / BigCommerce / Volusion / WooCommerce.
Amazon will be the primary responsibility for the incoming candidate. We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with exceptional judgment to manage listings and continue to grow our sales.
This position will be responsible for managing over 3000 active listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, listing new products to the market place via CSV and flat-file uploads, analyzing data and generating reports to identify areas of opportunity and growth. The Candidate should have experience handling large amounts of data and will need to show exemplary skill sets in Excel (v-look up / index match/ pivot tables/ etc) to be considered for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining and creating new product listings by coordinating with other team members to obtain optimal copywriting, graphic design creatives, product images and product data
Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of Amazon Marketplace including inventory management, listing updates, notifications to management of marketplace policy changes
Search Engine optimization for Amazon
Responsible for case resolution with Amazon (will train candidate)
Act as the logistics liaison, optimizing order fulfillment and ensuring timely and efficient order processing
Maintain listings and monitor marketplace performance
Helping to manipulate large amounts of data (in Excel) to support other department initiatives
File management via FTP accounts
Work cooperatively with warehouse teams to coordinate all logistical aspects for order fulfillment
Support other departments as needed (Warehouse – Shipping – Customer service etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
Position is in-house 5 days a week at 40 hours a week – overtime available
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-Look up / Index Match / Pivot tables / Custom VBA etc)
Minimum 1 years in Amazon Seller Central
Experience in other eCommerce platforms
Maintains excellent writing and language skills
Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy
Tech-savvy – ie. how to use FTP's and or Amazon S3 (file hosting)
Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to leverage raw data to inform coaching process and strategy
Proven ability to solve difficult problems creatively with innovative solutions
Ability to perform root cause analysis of problems and implement solutions with limited guidance
Strong interpersonal skills and strong communicator
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Has experience with inventory management systems similar to Sku Vault / Ship Station / Solid Commerce / Channel Advisor
Knowledge and interest in firearms and related accessories
Experience generating reports using tools like Excel and Microsoft Power BI
Experience w/ Python and other server-side languages a plus but not required
