Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for residents or employees.

Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing electrical systems, painting, and HVAC maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting to identify issues and repair equipment promptly
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or potential improvements
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to address concerns efficiently
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects effectively

Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact with residents or employees professionally
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices to ensure proper upkeep of buildings
- Experience in residential painting for cosmetic repairs and improvements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents
- Basic electrical knowledge to handle electrical repairs and maintenance tasks
- Leadership skills to guide and supervise maintenance projects effectively
- Ability to read schematics and understand logic controllers for equipment troubleshooting
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance
- Capability to maintain a clean, organized work environment
