Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Nashville, TN. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with customers, and presenting services and solutions to address their needs. The role involves generating leads, following up on client inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals. Collaboration with team members to meet or exceed sales goals and provide excellent customer service is also an integral part of the position.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead generation and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively
• Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Basic technical or operational knowledge of roofing and exterior services is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software is advantageous
• Availability to work on-site in Nashville, TN and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
