Pay: $70,000–$90,000/year (varies by licensure level and experience)

Overview
iMind Health LLC (D/B/A iMind Behavioral Health) is hiring a Licensed Therapist/Clinician to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). Our OMHC provides traditional outpatient counseling and a comprehensive range of services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual, family, and group therapy.
As a Clinician, you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating closely with medical prescribers and other professionals to deliver high-quality, integrated mental health care. Our clinic serves a diverse population experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, schizophrenia, and other serious mental illnesses.
Population served: Children, adolescents, and adults. Caseloads are assigned based on clinical appropriateness, clinician experience, and program needs.
Maryland licenses accepted (active and in good standing): LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
Clinical supervision: No-cost supervision is available for LMSW and LGPC toward independent licensure (as applicable).
Schedule: Clinic hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; clinicians generally schedule clients within these hours. Optional weekend availability may be offered for clinicians who prefer to see clients on weekends.
Telehealth: Telehealth scheduling is available based on clinical appropriateness and program needs.
Support, Supervision, and Team Culture
- Multidisciplinary team model with collaboration among therapists, prescribers, and support staff.
- Clinical consultation and support available for complex cases and urgent clinical needs.
- Training and onboarding support to help you succeed in the outpatient clinic setting.
- Clinical supervision and consultation support are available for all clinicians (with structured licensure supervision available for LMSW/LGPC, as applicable).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial and DSM-5 diagnostic assessments and utilize standardized screening tools as appropriate; complete documentation per company standards.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Maintain an outpatient caseload; provide weekly/bi-weekly sessions and develop/update person-centered treatment plans based on clinical need and goals.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based and strength-based approaches.
- Engage families/caregivers in treatment when clinically appropriate.
- Assess for referrals to Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) and/or Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) during the assessment process and complete referrals in a timely manner when clinically indicated.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, safety protocols, and program requirements.
- Coordinate with the treatment team to address urgent clinical needs as they arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Documentation and Professional Practice
- Complete documentation accurately and on time in accordance with program, payer, and regulatory standards.
- Meet productivity expectations for client-facing services; targets vary based on caseload needs/acuity and are reviewed during onboarding.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical/professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Active Maryland license in good standing: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to make independent decisions when needed.
- Proficiency with computers and clinical documentation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Successful completion of required background check and required training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing outpatient therapy and/or working in a community mental health setting.
Contract Opportunities
Contract positions may also be available for qualified clinicians. Contract roles are not benefit-eligible and terms vary.
