Food Servers are responsible for providing exceptional experience by delivering prompt, attentive, and friendly service to guests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting guests warmly, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner according to service standards.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and anticipate additional needs.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately, including making changes, validating charges, recording receipts, and balancing all money to audit reports.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Set up, restock, and break down service stations as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to acquire TAPS and Food Handlers card prior to employment.
- High School Diploma and/or GED required.
- Previous serving, waitressing, or hospitality experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to manage cash accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines, alcohol service regulations, and gaming industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Respond to common inquiries from guests.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous and professional manner.
