Telecom and Network Administrator Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN
Pay: Up to $32/hr Contract
Pinnacle Partners is assisting their client in their search for a Telecom and Network Administrator to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for managing and ensuring stability of systems across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage voice infrastructure environment Install and configure routers and switches as well as necessary security applications Provide ongoing network maintenance Develop and maintain documentation related to installation and administration of infrastructure Test voice performance and provide statics and reports Evaluate and solve call performance issues Ensure changes are implemented and planned in a low risk manner Assist with tickets and network outages REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of professional experience Experience with LAN, WAN, VOIP, troubleshooting and implementation Experience with voice manage best practices Network troubleshooting experience Proven experience with testing tools and procedures for data and voice circuits Strong communication and customer service skills PREFERRED SKILLS:
Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or any VoIP disciplines
TERMS:
This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $32/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
