As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating insightful reports and conducting thorough analyses on statistical data. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about collaboration, deliver exceptional work, have a strong customer focus, and exhibit natural empathy. Key Responsibilities: Compile and analyze data to prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings. Assist in effective program management by identifying trends in work quality and cost effectiveness. Offer training and coaching on data processing and procedural issues. Provide detailed analysis of trends and their implications. Ensure data integrity by developing accurate reporting mechanisms. Support client setup processes, including maintenance forms as needed. Extract and analyze data based on specific requirements. Prepare statistical data for reporting and make recommendations for further training. Analyze data to identify trends related to return-to-work, disability durations, and more. Present analytical results to management and clients. Participate in the organization's quality programs and fulfill other assigned duties. Travel as necessary to support various initiatives. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Economics is preferred, along with a minimum of six years of relevant experience. Proficiency in query and report writing is highly desirable. Skills and Expertise: Proficient in Python, SQL, and Snowflake. Experience with ETL tools such as DBT, Informatica PowerCenter, or others. Strong skills in query and report writing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present data clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other PC applications. Strong analytical and interpretive capabilities. Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
