The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design, implementation, and operational support of the UA global network. This role will primarily be focused on supporting the Under Armour Distribution house, corporate, and retail environments. Your impact will include: designing, implementing, and documenting network architecture; researching, developing, and evaluating, recommending, and integrating new network technologies; developing, updating, and maintaining network documentation; leading, participating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams; providing peer review on all changes and designs; and leading and driving all network designs to meet operational support requirements. Qualifications include: analytical, problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal skills, oral communication, teamwork, ethics, organizational support, strategic thinking, a bachelor's degree preferred and/or 8+ years of experience managing complex network environments using Cisco and cloud technologies, network tools and automation experience, experience managing complex network environments, certificates, CCNA required, CCNP preferred (or equivalent knowledge/experience), AWS Solutions Architect (or equivalent knowledge/experience), Cisco CLI for LAN, and wireless, Cisco Campus Switching, Cisco Data Center Switching, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE, Fortinet Firewall, SilverPeak SD-WAN, AWS Networking, Zscaler NextGen cloud firewall, Python, and Ansible. Workplace location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office. Work schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week. Travel: 10%. Licenses/certifications: CCNA, CCNP preferred and AWS Solutions Architect preferred. Base compensation: $125,149.60 - $172,080.70 USD most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
