Revelio Labs is looking for a Client Success Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, client engagement, and product expertise. In this role, youll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure our clients get the most value from our products. As a key member of the Client Success team, youll serve as the primary point of contact for data-related questions, supporting client onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day needs. Youll also collaborate closely with the Sales team to support prospective clients and trials, acting as a subject matter expert on our data. Experience and Skills 2+ years of experience providing data-driven insights and analysis in client-facing roles Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP) Strong data visualization skills and the ability to present insights clearly Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences Experience working with Human Capital or Financial data is a plus
Location
Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely. Salary
The pay range for this position in New York City is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Salary outside New York City may differ. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our companys equity program, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other. Why You Should Work With Us
