Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Read production schedules, orders, and pick lists to determine items to be pulled, gathered, or distributed.
- Manage inventory levels and update records of material moved or stored.
- Prepare and fulfill warehouse orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during work shifts.
- The ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs is essential.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our logistics network.
- Ensure all items handled meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the day. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
