Our distribution center in Provo, Utah, is looking for enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our team! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products through our facility. You will participate in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick and fill orders from stock efficiently and accurately.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain inventory levels by assisting with cycle counts and stock takes.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Keep a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and footwear.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center's logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE .
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic logistics team.
