We are seeking energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associates for our growing warehouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to the order fulfillment process within our logistics network. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, picking them accurately, and preparing them for the next stage of processing. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Pack orders carefully and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages appropriately for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stocking shelves and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping areas.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines, including the proper use of required PPE.
- Be prepared for tasks involving significant Lifting of boxes and items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking role is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
