Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances, working with relevant departments.
  • Manage and optimize stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize carrying costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory shrinkage and damage.
  • Generate reports on inventory accuracy, turns, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure inventory alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Proficiency in WMS and other inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
