Seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our busy warehouse in Tampa, Florida! This role is fundamental to our ability to process and ship orders efficiently, playing a key part in our Logistics operations. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in an active environment. Teamwork and a commitment to customer satisfaction are highly valued. We prioritize Safety above all else, and strict adherence to Safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory for all employees. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders.
- Pack items securely for transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Process and sort incoming shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and reporting.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety requirements and the importance of PPE.
