We are looking for an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders within our logistics network. You will be responsible for picking products, packing them carefully, and preparing them for shipment. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using provided lists or scanning devices.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages for shipment and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to company standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with other tasks to support overall logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent physical labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
