Our Houston, Texas operations center is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily warehouse activities. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, organization, and Safety of our entire warehouse floor. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing inventory flow, optimizing storage, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed. This includes supervising receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse Logistics . You will also be responsible for enforcing Safety protocols, ensuring all team members are properly trained and equipped with the necessary PPE . While direct Lifting may be minimal, you must be comfortable overseeing physically demanding operations and have the ability to assess and manage material handling equipment.
