You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with precision and care. Our operations rely on efficient Logistics, and your contribution will be critical to our success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the physical stamina for tasks involving moderate Lifting. - Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders from inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Print and affix shipping labels to packages.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of Logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
