- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular Safety training for staff, emphasizing the correct use of PPE.
- Monitor and control warehouse operating costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Facilitate effective communication with other departments and external partners.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Supervisor.
- Solid understanding of Logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of best practices in inventory control.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and risk management.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
